It is necessary
- - 1, 5 Art. chicken broth
- - 1 red onion
- - 1 tbsp. rice Basmati (if not, you can take another)
- - 2 cloves of garlic
- - 0, 5 tbsp. pitted olives
- - 100 ml yogurt (no additives)
- - 100 g spinach
- - 2 sprigs of mint
- - 60 ml lemon juice
- - 1 tbsp. butter
- - Greens
- - 1 tsp cumin
- - 1 tsp coriander
- - Salt pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the rice well, cover with water and leave for 30 minutes. After half an hour, drain the water, pour in the broth, salt, pepper and cook until tender.
Step 2
Peel, wash and chop the garlic and onion.
Step 3
Cut the spinach into strips, chop the herbs and cut the olives into rings.
Step 4
Heat a frying pan and add onions, fry for 3 minutes until golden brown. Then add coriander, garlic, cumin and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and add all herbs, olives and spinach. Add 3 tbsp. l lemon juice.
Step 5
Take a bowl and pour the yogurt into it, then add the remaining lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.

Mix everything well and you can put it on a plate!
