It is necessary

  • - 200 g feta cheese (or cheese to taste)
  • - 1 fresh cucumber
  • - 2 tomatoes
  • - pitted olives 70 g
  • - 1 sweet bell pepper
  • - salt
  • - vegetable oil (olive)
  • - ground black pepper
  • - lemon juice
  • - lettuce leaves

Instructions

Step 1

First, wash and seed the bell peppers. Cut it into strips and then into medium sized cubes. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into cubes too, only to be larger than the peppers.

Step 2

Next, wash the cucumbers and cut them into medium-sized strips or half rings. The cucumber can also be peeled, but this is at the discretion of the hostess. Next, take the feta cheese (or cheese, if you have chosen it) and cut it into large cubes. It can be larger than all other ingredients. Add feta cheese taking into account that it is quite salty. We open a jar of olives and cut some of them into thin rings, cut some olives in half and leave only a couple of them intact to decorate the salad.

Step 3

Next, put all the ingredients in a salad bowl. To make it look even more appetizing and beautiful on the plate, put the lettuce leaves first. After that we put sweet bell peppers, tomatoes and cucumbers. Sprinkle on top with olives and large cubes of cheese. Season our salad with vegetable oil (olive), pour over lemon juice to add spice to the salad. Salt and pepper last so that the vegetables don't lose juice. We do not add a lot of salt, since the cheese is very salty. Serve the dish on one plate. Stir well before serving.
