The main ingredient in Greek salad is a traditional Greek cheese made from goat or sheep milk - feta. This cheese has a pleasant, unobtrusive sourness, which gives the dish an exquisite and unique taste. Feta, unlike the sharp and salty feta cheese, which is often used instead of Greek cheese, does not interrupt the taste of fresh vegetables and juicy olives.
