The dough must be divided into two parts. Add a few tablespoons of flour to one of them, and 2 tablespoons of cocoa to the other. Everything needs to be mixed until the lumps disappear. The consistency should resemble thin sour cream. Grease the baking dish with oil. Pour in the dough one by one, starting from the center of the mold. Don't stir the dough. Top with sliced apples. The cake should be baked in a preheated oven at a temperature of 190-210 ° C for about 30 minutes. You need to constantly monitor him. If its top is baked earlier than the middle, you need to cover it with foil and reduce the temperature by several tens of degrees. You can also layer the cake with custard or sour cream whipped with sugar.
