It is necessary

  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 50 g shrimp;
  • - 1 clove of garlic;
  • - 80 g of Mozzarella cheese;
  • - 1 teaspoon of salt;
  • - 500 g of wheat flour;
  • - 1/2 bunch of basil;
  • - 20 g butter;
  • - 65 g of olive oil;
  • - 20 cherry-sized tomatoes;
  • - 1 tablespoon of heavy cream;
  • - 250 g fat-free cottage cheese;
  • - 4 small onions;
  • - 30 g of Gouda cheese (grated);
  • - 1 pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper;

Instructions

Step 1

Beat the cottage cheese with salt, add sunflower oil and eggs. Stir well until smooth. Add flour in portions (in spoons), stirring continuously. Form the dough into a ball and place in the refrigerator.

Step 2

Wash the young onions and cut into thin rings. Peel the garlic and pass it through a press. Simmer onions in butter for five minutes, then add chopped garlic, add heavy cream. Remove from heat and refrigerate.

Step 3

Mix shrimp with Gouda cheese and onion, salt and pepper. Cut the mozzarella cheese into 10 slices. Wash the tomatoes and cut each in half. Wash the basil and separate the leaves from the stem. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Step 4

Roll out the dough into a layer about 2 mm thick, cut 20 10 cm diameter circles out of it and place them on a baking sheet. Spread the onion-garlic mixture on all the mugs, one Mozzarella slice and one basil leaf each, season with salt and pepper.

Step 5

Spread the tomato halves on top of the pizza and place the pizza pan on the bottom shelf of the oven. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 10 minutes. Serve the finished pizza immediately.
