"Hedgehogs" with carrots are bright, easy to prepare and some kind of homemade dish, you will certainly have it to your table!
It is necessary
- - 250 g minced meat;
- - 2 slices of white bread;
- - 25 ml of milk;
- - 35 g of Basmati rice;
- - 1 small egg;
- - 1 small carrot;
- - 150 g sour cream;
- - 150 ml of water;
- - 1 tbsp. flour;
- - vegetable oil for frying;
- - salt and black pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Soak bread for softness in milk. Grate carrots. Pour boiling water over the rice for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Mix the bread and minced meat, add the egg and mix well. Then add the carrots and stir again. Throw the rice in a colander and combine with minced meat and carrots. Add spices.
Step 3
Form into balls and breaded in flour. Heat a frying pan with a little oil and fry the hedgehogs in it for 3 minutes. Transfer to a deep saucepan, add a mixture of water and sour cream and simmer over medium heat for 40 minutes. Bon Appetit!
