Cutlets in the form of hedgehogs look very nice on a plate. Such a dish will delight not only a child, but also any adult!
It is necessary
- - baking sheet;
- - parchment;
- - assorted minced meat 1 kg;
- - fresh chicken egg 1 pc.;
- - hard-boiled chicken egg 7 pcs.;
- - white bread 1/2 loaf;
- - milk 100 ml;
- - boiled carrots 1 pc.;
- - hard cheese 50 g;
- - sour cream 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- - salt;
- - ground black pepper;
- - vermicelli;
- - allspice black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the boiled eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Separate the yolks from the whites and mash with a fork.
Step 2
Peel boiled carrots, grate on a fine grater. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Combine carrots, cheese, sour cream, and yolks. Stuff with the carrot mixture for the egg whites and join the halves together.
Step 3
Add a fresh egg, milk-soaked white bread to the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
Step 4
Divide the resulting minced meat into 7 equal parts. Make a flat cake out of each part, then place a stuffed egg in the middle of each and form an oval zrazhenie. Pull the oval a little on one side to make the hedgehog's nose.
Step 5
Cover the baking sheet with parchment and lay out the prepared hedgehogs. Make thorns from vermicelli, nose and eyes from allspice. Bake hedgehogs for 30-35 minutes at 200 degrees!
