Yeast-free whites are a godsend for those who do not like yeast baked goods. Belyashi are juicy and tasty with a crispy golden brown crust. These baked goods are suitable for picnics, a snack on the road or at school.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 250 ml of kefir,
- - 3 eggs,
- - 100 grams of margarine,
- - salt to taste,
- - 1 teaspoon of baking soda,
- - 700 grams of wheat flour.
- For filling:
- - 400 grams of minced meat,
- - 250 grams of onions,
- - salt to taste,
- - red ground pepper to taste,
- - ground black pepper to taste,
- - 50 ml of water.
Instructions
Step 1
Freeze margarine in the freezer beforehand.
Step 2
Add salt to 350 g flour and sift into a cup. Coarsely grate 100 grams of margarine into sifted flour, grind into crumbs.
Step 3
Break the eggs into a bowl, shake with a fork. Leave one egg yolk to lubricate the whites.
Step 4
In a bowl of flour and margarine, make a well into which you pour the eggs, stir gently.
Step 5
Heat 250 ml of kefir until warm. Pour soda into kefir and stir. Pour kefir into a bowl of flour, stir. Add the remaining flour (sift) and knead the dough. Cover the dough with cling film or wrap in a bag, leave for an hour at room temperature.
Step 6
While the dough is standing, peel the onion and chop it in a blender (you can grate it on a fine grater). Combine chopped onion with minced meat. Season with salt and pepper, add water and mix well.
Step 7
Divide the dough into pieces. Form balls, which roll into flat cakes half a centimeter thick.
Step 8
Place a portion of minced meat in the center of the tortilla. Pinch in a circle with folds. Leave a small hole on top.
Step 9
Shake the egg yolk with a fork.
Step 10
Transfer the prepared whites to a baking sheet, brush with yolk.
Step 11
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake the whites for half an hour until an appetizing ruddy color.
