  • -2 cloves of garlic
  • -60 grams of white bread,
  • -500 ml of milk,
  • -100 ml of kefir,
  • - vegetable oil for frying - the amount is optional,
  • -sea fine salt to taste,
  • - ground black pepper to taste,
  • -sweet ground red pepper - optional.

Instructions

Step 1

Check the yeast before you knead the dough. Pour two teaspoons of yeast with half a glass of warm milk, add two 2-3 tablespoons of sugar and stir well, put in heat for 15 minutes. If a hat appears, then you can proceed to kneading the dough.

Step 2

Sift the flour into a bowl. Add one glass of flour to yeast, pour in milk and stir. When kneading, add a second glass of flour (you need to stir the dough in one direction). Sprinkle a little flour on the finished dough, cover with a kitchen towel and heat for an hour and a half.

Melt the butter in a water bath or microwave oven, leave aside, let it cool. Prepare the eggs in advance, that is, remove them from the refrigerator and leave them on the kitchen table to warm up to room temperature. Carefully separate the whites from the yolks.

Step 4

Rinse two types of meat, dry, cut into large pieces, mince together with onions, two cloves of garlic and bread soaked in milk. Stir, salt and pepper. Add 100 ml of kefir, stir.

Step 5

After an hour and a half, take out the dough and add butter, yolks and the remaining sifted flour to it. Mix thoroughly, add whipped whites with salt. Knead the dough until elastic. Cover with a towel and place in a warm place. After the dough has doubled in volume, it must be kneaded and left to rise again.

Step 6

Sprinkle a little flour on the work surface. Tear off a piece (the size of a nut) from the dough, mash into a cake, in the center of which put a portion of minced meat and form the whites. Fry the formed whites in vegetable oil over medium heat. Transfer the prepared whites into a bowl and cover with a towel. Cool slightly and serve.
