A skilful hostess always serves homemade pies of her own preparation for an everyday or festive table. The pie prepared according to this recipe turns out to be very tender, sweet and aromatic. This cake recipe goes well with both hot and cold tea, coffee and other drinks.

- - 200 g sour cream;
- - 300 g flour;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 200 g of granulated sugar;
- - 1 packet of vanilla sugar;
- - 1 tsp baking powder;
- - 5 tangerines;
- - 50 g of dark chocolate.

Step 1
Beat the butter thoroughly with sugar. Further, without stopping whipping, add eggs one at a time. In the resulting mass you need to put sour cream and vanilla sugar. Mix everything well and add flour, which is previously sifted with baking powder. Then mix everything well again.
Step 2
Now you need to start tangerines. For the pie, all the tangerines must be peeled from films and peels. Divide the tangerine into slices and remove the seeds, if any. Grind the chocolate on a grater or in a blender, as you like.
Step 3
Prepared tangerines and chocolate must be put into the dough. Gently mix the dough so that the tangerines are not damaged and the chocolate does not spread.
Step 4
In order to bake this cake, you need to take a 26 cm baking dish. Anoint the mold with oil and pour the prepared dough into it. The cake should be baked at 180 degrees for about 40-50 minutes.
