- tomato puree - 1 tablespoon;

- water - 600 ml;

- lemon juice - to taste;

- salt, pepper - to taste.

Peel the onion, cut it into small small cubes. Remove the peel from the apple, cut, remove the core. Cut it into cubes. Heat a skillet with vegetable oil, add onions, apples and save until soft (over low heat). Add flour, stir, cook for 2 more minutes. Then add tomato puree, pepper, salt, lemon juice. Stir, keep on low heat for 15 minutes, not boiling. Remove the cooked sauce from the stove and chill slightly.

For grilled beef, cherry sweet and sour sauce works well.

To make the cherry sauce thicker, pour the starch diluted in a small amount of water into the hot mixture (at the rate of 10 g per 100 g berry puree).

Sweet and sour sauce with pineapple can be prepared for beef dishes.

- fresh pineapple pulp - 300 g;

- brown (cane) sugar - 3 tablespoons;

- apple cider vinegar - 3 ml;

- Tabasco sauce - 3 g;

- black pepper, salt - to taste.

Grate 200 g of pineapple pulp on a fine grater. Pour the resulting juice into a separate bowl. Cut the remaining 100 g of pineapples into cubes.

Heat the juice in a skillet, add sugar and stir until dissolved. Put pineapple, grated and diced, Tabasco sauce, stir, keep on fire for 5 minutes. Add salt, vinegar, pepper, bring to a boil. The sauce is ready.

Sweet and sour pineapple sauce can also be served with turkey and pork dishes.

- butter - 25 g;

- sugar - 1 tablespoon;

- cherry leaves - 2 pcs.;

- mint - 1 sprig;

- pepper - 3-4 peas;

- carnation - 2 buds;

- salt to taste.

Pour water into a saucepan, add butter, sugar. When it dissolves, add currants, spices, chopped mint. Cook the mixture over low heat until juice begins to stand out from the currants. Then finely chop the onion and cherry leaves, put in the sauce, salt. The dish is done when the onions are tender.
