Chicken French is a French cuisine dish. Thanks to cognac and wine, the chicken is amazing, tender and very juicy.

- - 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
- - 2 onions
- - 5 tbsp. l. cognac
- - 100 ml dry red wine
- - 100 ml of broth or water
- - 4 cloves of garlic
- - 1 bay leaf
- - 1 piece of carnation
Instructions
Step 1
First, take the chicken and rinse it thoroughly under cold water. Then place it on a kitchen towel and let it dry. Cut into small pieces, salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Pour vegetable oil into a skillet, add chicken and fry until golden brown, about 2-5 minutes.
Step 3
Chop the onion finely and add it to the chicken. Then add the cognac. The cognac must be set on fire. Heat it in a ladle, light it and pour over the chicken.
Step 4
Add wine, garlic, broth, cloves, bay leaves and mix well.
Step 5
Place the chicken in a sleeve, pierce in several places and transfer to a baking dish
Step 6
Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for about 1-1.20 hours.
