Lovers of good meat will appreciate the steak with cheese prepared according to this recipe. The meat will have a fried appetizing crust, and the sauce will be tender, hearty and thick.
It is necessary
- - chives - 1 bunch;
- - blue cheese - 80 g;
- - cream - 1 glass;
- - butter - 40 g;
- - pepper, salt - to taste;
- - vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons;
- - beef - 500 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the beef meat in running water, then cut into slices about 3 centimeters in size. Season with pepper and salt, then brush with vegetable oil. Chop the chives. Preheat a skillet with oil.
Step 2
Fry the steaks in a skillet on each side for 2 minutes. Put a piece of butter on top and place in the oven, preheated to 200oC. Bake the steak for 8 minutes. Then take it out, wrap the almost finished piece of meat in foil and hold it in this form for 10 minutes. The dish should get through.
Step 3
It's time to make the cheese sauce. Pour the cream into a saucepan, then bring it to a boil and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, add cheese, chopped onions, pepper and salt. Stir until the cheese dissolves.
Step 4
Pour the resulting sauce over the steak and serve along with, for example, boiled potatoes in their skins and a light vegetable salad of tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and radishes.
