You can please your family with a delicious recipe. Cooking time approx. 100 minutes, for 4 servings. The dish is considered complete, it does not have to be served with an additional side dish.
It is necessary
- - 1 kg of chicken;
- - 400 g fresh mushrooms;
- - a glass of broth;
- - 100 ml of white wine;
- - 500 g of small potatoes;
- - 1/3 cup ghee;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of flour;
- - the head of an onion;
- - 50 g lemon juice;
- - 2 bay leaves;
- - ground black pepper, salt - to taste;
- - dill and parsley.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into pieces. Rub each piece with salt, sprinkle with lemon juice and sprinkle with flour. Fry until golden brown in ghee.
Step 2
Place the fried meat in a saucepan, pour over the broth. Put on the stove, simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.
Step 3
Peel and wash mushrooms, potatoes, onions. Cut the onion and mushrooms into slices, leave the potatoes intact. Fry all ingredients.
Step 4
Place the prepared vegetables with the chicken, add white wine, salt, pepper and bay leaf. Cover and cook in a moderately burning oven until tender.
Step 5
Put the finished chicken meat on plates, pour over the sauce in which the chicken was stewed.
