Chicken meat is not only tasty, but also dietary. Surprisingly tasty dishes are obtained from such a pleasant taste and healthy type of meat. One of them is chicken stewed with mushrooms - an appetizing and healthy dish.
It is necessary
- - medium chicken carcass;
- - 5-6 dried or 10-15 fresh mushrooms;
- - 100 g of butter;
- - 3 chicken yolks;
- - 3-4 glasses of broth for the sauce;
- - 1 tablespoon sour cream;
- - 3 tablespoons of flour;
- - 1/2 carrots;
- - 1/2 parsley root;
- - 1/2 celery root;
- - salt;
- - ground black pepper;
- - dill greens (optional).
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the chicken and place in a saucepan. Fill with water one centimeter above the chicken.
Step 2
Place the carrots, parsley and celery roots, salt, pepper and mushrooms in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer until almost cooked through for forty minutes.
Step 3
Remove the meat from the pan and refrigerate. Separate the meat from the bones and cut it into pieces. Dip each piece in flour and sauté in butter.
Step 4
Remove the mushrooms from the broth and chop finely. Hard boil the eggs and separate the yolks. Prepare the sauce. Mash the yolks with a spoon, dilute with broth, add sour cream, a tablespoon of flour fried with butter and mix thoroughly with the prepared mushrooms.
Step 5
Place the chicken pieces in a saucepan, cover with the prepared sauce and place in the hot oven for thirty minutes. You can sprinkle with grated cheese on top. The chicken stewed with mushrooms is ready. Serving, place the chicken pieces on plates and pour over the sauce. Decorate with sprigs of greenery.
