  • 2-3 tomatoes,
  • 2-3 potatoes,

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • one carrot,
  • some hard cheese

  • some ground pepper.
  • For stuffed mushrooms:
  • a few mushrooms,
  • hard cheese - quantity as desired,
  • cream,
  • a clove of garlic
  • some salt and ground pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Sprinkle the steaks with lemon juice, season with a little salt and pepper. Sprinkle with a little cream and wrap the salmon in baking foil. We bake in the oven until tender.

Step 2

Wash the potatoes, peel and cut into large squares. Peel and chop the onion into cubes. Carrots, preferably medium-sized (you can take two small ones), three coarse. If desired, carrots can be cut into small cubes or thin slices.

Step 3

Fry potatoes with chopped carrots and onions in vegetable oil (about ten minutes). Add tomato cubes and chopped garlic to the pan. We cook for about ten minutes. Add the cabbage and broccoli, salt and pepper a little, cover the vegetables and cook for another ten minutes. Then sprinkle the vegetables with cheese and cover until the cheese melts.

Step 4

Separate the legs from the champignons, chop them finely and mix with grated cheese (we look at the amount of cheese on the champignons), garlic and cream. Salt and pepper a little, stuff the mushrooms. We bake the mushrooms for ten minutes.
