The Chicken Vegetable Stew is a lifesaver for the busy housewife. Simple products, a little time and a healthy lunch, and maybe dinner is ready.

- - 100 grams of white cabbage,
- - 60 grams of carrots,
- - 40 grams of onions,
- - 60 grams of green peas,
- - 60 ml of vegetable or sunflower oil,

- - parsley to taste,
- - 1 potato.

Step 1
Peel the onion, cut into small cubes. Peel the potatoes (you can take several, to taste), wash, cut into small cubes. Cut the peeled carrots into cubes. Chop the cabbage.
Step 2
Rinse chicken meat, dry and cut into cubes. The meat and potato cubes should be roughly the same.
Step 3
Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan, fry the onion a little, then add the carrot and potato cubes to the onion. Next, put the cabbage, cover, simmer over low heat, the cabbage should soften.
Step 4
Place chicken pieces in a saucepan, stir, season with salt and ground black pepper to taste. Five minutes before the stew is ready, add the peas to the saucepan, stir.
Step 5
Serve the cooked meal in portioned platters. Garnish each serving with parsley or any other fresh herbs. These ingredients make four servings of chicken and vegetable stew.
