There are a lot of options for cooking stews and each hostess has her own. I bring to your attention a dietary vegetable stew, very tasty.
It is necessary
- Zucchini,
- 6 potatoes,
- half a swing of cabbage,
- bulb,
- one carrot,
- a clove of garlic
- one tomato,
- some salt
- some ground black pepper,
- vegetable oil,
- glass of water,
- fresh herbs optional.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
Cut the peeled carrots into half circles, so the taste will be richer.
A clove of garlic (several, to taste) cut into slices.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the carrots, garlic and onions for about ten minutes.
Step 3
We peel and wash the potatoes, cut into large cubes.
We wash the zucchini (if the zucchini is young, then the skin can be left) and cut into small pieces.
Step 4
Put the potatoes and zucchini in a pan with vegetables and cook under the lid.
Step 5
Slice the cabbage thinly. We put the cabbage in a cup, salt and mash with our hands.
Step 6
Add cabbage to vegetables and pour a glass of hot water. Cooking under the lid until tender.
Step 7
Peel the tomato (you can take two, if desired) and chop finely.
Put the tomato to the vegetables, add salt and ground pepper to taste.
Step 8
We continue to cook until the vegetables are soft.
The vegetable stew is ready. The stew can be served as a main lean dish or as a side dish for meat.
