Zucchini with potatoes is a great option for a delicious dinner. Hearty, tasty and healthy. The dish is sure to please all family members.

 - - medium-sized zucchini;
 - - Bell pepper;
 - - small carrots;
 - - 2 tomatoes;
 - - onion;
 - - salt, black pepper to taste;

Instructions
Step 1
Prepare vegetables, peel, rinse under running cold water. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots.
Step 2
Pour olive oil into a frying pan, heat a little and fry until golden brown onions and carrots. Cut potatoes into small cubes, send to onions and carrots.
Step 3
Cut the bell pepper into 2 parts, remove the seeds, rinse under running cold water and chop into thin strips. Send to the skillet.

Cut the zucchini into small cubes, fry with vegetables for 10 minutes, do not forget to stir.
