Stew with potatoes and cabbage

For cooking you will need:

- white cabbage - 300 g;

- tomatoes - 300 g;

- carrots - 1 pc.;

- zucchini - 200 g;

- onion - 1 pc.;

- garlic - 3 cloves;

- vegetable oil;

- salt, ground pepper, spices and seasonings - to taste.

Prepare your ingredients. Chop the cabbage into thin strips. Dice the potatoes, courgettes, carrots and onions. Chop the garlic finely. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, remove the skin from them and cut into large cubes.

Put a saucepan on the fire. Place sliced potatoes, cabbage and carrots in layers on the bottom of the pan. Cover the food with water and simmer over low heat for ten minutes. Add tomatoes and zucchini, spices, salt. You can add water if necessary. Simmer the vegetables for another five minutes.

Fry the onions separately in vegetable oil. Transfer the onions to vegetables. Leave the stew on low heat until tender. When the vegetables are cooked, turn off the stove, add the garlic and cover the pan with the infusion lid.

Stew with cabbage and cheese

For cooking you will need:

- cabbage - 1 head of cabbage;

- rice - 200 g;

- onions - 2 pcs.;

- eggs - 6 pcs.;

- grated cheese - 100 g;

- water - 350 g;

- green onions, parsley;

- salt, pepper - to taste.

Divide the cabbage into individual leaves. Boil the leaves in lightly salted water, drain the liquid. Fry thinly chopped onions in a frying pan until golden brown, add rice, let it fry, turn off the gas. Put chopped green onions, parsley, grated cheese, chopped eggs into rice, salt and pepper. Mix everything.

Prepare a baking sheet by greasing it with oil. Place the cabbage leaves and the rice mixture on a baking sheet in layers. The top layer should be cabbage leaves. Pour hot water over the stew and place in the oven. Bake the dish until tender. Beat eggs and add grated cheese. Pour the egg mixture into the stew and leave to bake until completely cooked.

Mushroom stew with cabbage

For cooking you will need:

- potatoes - 400 g;

- cabbage - 250 g;

- champignons - 300 g;

- carrots - 1 pc.;

- onion - 1 pc.;

- salt, ground pepper - to taste.

Cut the potatoes into large cubes, boil until half cooked. Add finely chopped cabbage and diced carrots. Fry the onion in a frying pan in vegetable oil, add the chopped mushrooms, salt and pepper.

Transfer the fried mushrooms to the vegetables, stir, bring the stew to a boil, reduce heat and leave to simmer until tender. Garnish with herbs before serving.
