Fish baked with apples is an unusual but very tasty dish. Apple slices give the fish an exotic aftertaste. The taste is spicy, sweet and sour, unusual.

- 500 grams of apples
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of butter
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of olive oil
- a pinch of parsley
- chili pepper to taste
- a pinch of dry marjoram,
- anise to taste
- 1 kg fish fillet (sea fish),
- 1 lemon
- salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the fish fillet, peel, cut into arbitrary pieces. Pour freshly squeezed lemon juice over the fillet pieces, season with pepper, salt to taste and season with marjoram.
Step 2
Rinse the apples, peel, remove the core. Cut the apples into circles of medium thickness. Can be cut into thin slices to taste.
Step 3
The dish can be cooked both in a wide pot and in a dish with high sides. If you wish, you can bake the fish in a small cauldron.
Step 4
Lubricate a mold, pot or cauldron with olive oil. Place the apple circles in the first layer, place the fish on top of the apples. Sprinkle the pieces of fish with a pinch of parsley and chunks of butter. Put the remaining apples on top of the butter, sprinkle with anise
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and put the fish and apples in it. Bake for about half an hour. Remove the finished dish from the oven and leave for ten minutes to cool slightly. Serve the fish and apples in the same dish that it was baked in. Top with sprigs of fresh parsley.
