This colorful appetizer is perfect for both a buffet table and a festive table. It will look more solemn if you place it on the tail of a bird cut from carrots and daikon radish.
It is necessary
- - 20 pcs. salty crackers;
- - 10 pieces. cherry tomatoes;
- - 100 g of green peas;
- - 100 ml of cream (33%);
- - 2 tablespoons of lemon juice;
- - salt pepper;
- - 1 PC. avocado;
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the avocado, freeing it from the "nut", cut into small pieces, and then mash in a blender. Add green peas, lemon juice, salt, pepper (to taste) to the avocado puree and beat until smooth.
Step 2
Whisk the cream separately, and then gradually add in small portions to the avocado-pea puree and mix gently. Divide all cherry tomatoes in half.
Step 3
Prepare the crackers and squeeze the cooked mousse onto them using a cooking syringe (bag). Top with tomato halves.
