Of course, we are talking about the popular yellow tea, which not only has a pleasant taste, but also has a positive effect on the entire body - it awakens the appetite, improves the functioning of the heart, stomach and spleen. Tourists love to drink Egyptian green tea both during travel and to bring it with them as a gift to loved ones.
It is necessary
- - a small saucepan
- - sugar
- - honey
- - milk
- - ginger
- - lemon.
Instructions
Step 1
At its core, Egyptian yellow tea is not tea in the usual sense of the word. If you look closely at the "tea leaves", you can see that it looks like buckwheat. Yellow tea is the seed of a plant known as shambhala, fenugreek and many other names. Therefore, Egyptian tea is brewed differently from the usual varieties.
Step 2
Before you start drinking this wonderful drink, it would be nice if you took the tea leaves, rinsed it thoroughly under running water, put it on paper somewhere in a dry place and let it dry for two days. After that, the tea can already be brewed.
Step 3
You can put a beautiful teapot from your favorite set back on the shelf. Egyptian yellow tea should not be boiled, but boiled. In order to properly prepare a drink, take a small saucepan, pour 200-250 milliliters of water into it, add a teaspoon of tea leaves and put the tea on the fire.
Step 4
Once the water has boiled, boil the Egyptian yellow tea for seven to eight minutes. After that, the drink can be removed from the heat and poured into cups.
Step 5
Let the tea cool. According to tradition, they drink it not hot, but warm. Add sugar to your drink to taste. Also, instead of sugar, you can put a spoonful of honey in a cup, add fresh ginger and lemon. It can be diluted into tea with milk - this makes the drink even tastier.
Step 6
You can also eat the seeds left over after brewing tea. They contain many useful substances that have a positive effect on the state of internal organs - heart, liver, stomach, spleen, improve blood composition, help to recover from surgeries and lingering colds.
