It is necessary

  • - 200-300 g of chicken fillet;
  • - 1 tbsp. rice;
  • - 2 tbsp. water;
  • - a pinch of salt;
  • - spices to taste: turmeric, cumin, black pepper, barberry and others to taste;
  • - 2 cloves of garlic;
  • - 1-2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the ingredients: Rinse the rice thoroughly under running water until the water becomes clear. Peel onions, carrots, garlic. Prepare the necessary spices.

Step 2

Cut onions and carrots into small cubes. Garlic can also be diced, pressed or finely grated. Peel the chicken fillet from films, excess fat, cut into large cubes (about 1.5 cm in size).

Step 3

Grease the bottom of the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil. Turn on the "Fry" mode for 15 minutes, leave the lid open. Add turmeric, cumin, ground pepper and other seasonings to taste into the oil.

Step 4

Wait 1-2 minutes for the seasoning aroma to develop. Add onions and carrots, fry for about 5 minutes.

Step 5

Put the chicken fillet in the multicooker bowl, fry the remaining time, stirring occasionally with a wooden or special multicooker spatula so as not to scratch the bottom of the bowl. The fillet will take on a light color.

Step 6

After the signal to turn off the frying mode, pour water into the multicooker bowl. The water should cover the rice slightly. If you add a lot of water, the rice may become soft.

Step 7

Close the multicooker bowl. Set the "Pilaf" mode for 40-45 minutes. After the shutdown signal, let the pilaf stand for another 7-10 minutes.

Step 8

Serve hot, can be served with tomatoes and other vegetables, vegetable salads, lavash. Delicious, quick and low-fat pilaf is ready. Bon Appetit.
