Pilaf is a delicious dish that is considered national in many countries of the world. Pilaf cooked with chicken in a slow cooker turns out to be very tasty.

It is necessary

  • - 400 g raw pitted chicken fillet;
  • - one pinch of ground pepper;
  • - seasoning for pilaf - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • - medium carrots - 4 pcs.;
  • - 1 tsp salt with a slide;
  • - three glasses of round rice;
  • - 100 g of refined oil;
  • - 4 large onions;
  • - a whole head of garlic;
  • - 400 ml of plain water;
  • - adjika - 3 tbsp. l.;
  • - 20 g soft butter.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the chicken fillet thoroughly, dry it, salt on top and sprinkle with ground pepper. Cut into small pieces.

Step 2

Turn on the multicooker to the "Fry" mode. Then pour in refined oil and fry the chicken fillet in it until golden brown for about 10 minutes. Put the finished meat on a plate.

Step 3

Now add a little more oil and send the chopped onion to the multicooker. Fry it until golden brown. Transfer to a separate container.

Step 4

Pour in vegetable oil again, add butter to it and add grated carrots. You can also fry it. Add adjika to the finished carrots. Fry everything together for about 1 minute.

Step 5

Now add chicken and onions to the carrots with adjika. Mix everything thoroughly. Cover with a layer of rice, which has been well washed in advance. Salt to taste and sprinkle with your favorite pilaf seasoning.

Step 6

Put a whole head of garlic in the middle. Pour water along the edges of the multicooker a few mm above the rice. Close the lid, turn on the multicooker to the Cooking-pilaf mode for 60 minutes.

Step 7

Exactly one hour later, mix the finished pilaf thoroughly and put it on a dish. Bon Appetit.
