  • - 500 g of large shrimps;
  • - 8 potatoes of any size;
  • - 200 g cherry tomatoes;
  • - a bunch of green onions;
  • - red pepper and salt to taste;
  • - lemon;
  • - 4 cloves of garlic;
  • - 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
  • - 50 g butter.

Step 1

Defrost shrimp and rinse. For this dish, you should take large specimens of these crustaceans. Of course, you can use small ones, but you must take into account the fact that during the cooking process they will become even smaller. Do not pre-peel the shrimp.

Step 2

Place the shrimp in a bowl, drizzle with lemon juice and drizzle with vegetable oil.

Step 3

Make garlic oil. Bust butter with pepper and salt. Add garlic, passed through a special press, and then mix everything.

Step 4

Peel the potatoes and cut the vegetable into slices. Rub each such circle with garlic oil.

Step 5

Skewer or skewer the potatoes, alternating with cherry tomatoes, chopped bell peppers, shrimp and green onions. The latter must be cut into pieces measuring 5-7 centimeters. To make the shrimps incredibly juicy, they can be wrapped in bacon, securing the "structure" with toothpicks. He will not let them dry out. In this case, the seafood is ready when the bacon is completely fried.

Step 6

Bake the dish over coals on both sides for 20-25 minutes. If you don't want to fiddle with skewers or you simply don't have them available, you can grill this dish. It is better to grease it with vegetable oil beforehand.
