Sometimes a goal as big and important as losing weight can get much closer thanks to small changes in daily routines. So, a few secrets to help you lose weight.
1. Eat yogurt
If you're feeling a little hungry, grab some delicious filled yogurt instead of chocolate. Its taste is great for dessert, and there are many benefits in yogurt. First, the calcium found in dairy products sends a signal to the cells that prevents the overproduction of the hormone cortisol, the excess of which often causes obesity in the waist area. Secondly, the lactic acid bacteria and probiotics in yogurt help maintain normal digestive function. Thirdly, yogurt contains riboflavin, vitamins B5 and B12, iodine and zinc.
2. Olive oil
The University of Irvine recently conducted research and proved that the acids contained in olive oil are transformed into a special substance that suppresses appetite! So swap out your regular salad dressing for unfiltered olive oil, and remember to eat a slice of whole grain bread with it before going out to lunch or dinner.
3. Tight clothing. Of course, you shouldn't dress up in such a way as to highlight all the flaws, but if you quickly lose motivation, put on a pair of skinny jeans that you no longer fit (but would like …) with a loose top. You are unlikely to reach for harmful sweets with impunity!
4. Control portions. Just use a smaller plate - even a small serving will seem much more impressive.
5. Get distracted. Never eat just out of boredom! Usually bouts of "feigned" hunger last no more than 10 minutes, so if you feel that you are about to climb into the refrigerator, distract yourself: drink water, check your mail or call a friend.
6. Eat slowly. If you are eating in a hurry, you will most likely eat a lot more than you need. To avoid this, then, firstly, try not to allow feelings of wolf hunger and do not take long breaks between meals: it is better to eat less, but more often. Secondly, if eating in a hurry is your bad habit, then try to eat in the most relaxed atmosphere. If that doesn't help, there is a clever way: eat with chopsticks!
