Coconut cakes in the shape of sugar snowmen will become a real decoration of the New Year's or Christmas table! And in the hot summer, they will remind you of the snow cold and inspire nostalgia for the winter. Making a cake in the shape of snowmen is very simple, the recipe for a treat is available even to a child.
It is necessary
- - coconut flakes - 150 g,
- - sugar - 100 g,
- - egg whites - 2 pcs.
- - sugar confetti,
- - rubber caramel rolls of Haribo Rotella (spiral candies) or round chocolates,
- - elongated marmalade candies - 50 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 100-120 degrees C. Cover the baking tray with parchment paper. In a bowl, combine the coconut, sugar and egg whites.
Step 2
Form an equal number of large and small balls - for the body and for the head of the fairytale character. Tie together the snowman cake blanks.
Step 3
It remains to decorate the snowmen cakes as follows: make buttons with sugar confetti, attach chocolate balls as eyes and nose.
Step 4
Cover with aluminum foil to keep the snowmen crisp and bake the cakes for 30 minutes. Let cool.
Step 5
For the hat, small chocolates are suitable, the center of which can simply be cut out with a spoon. Or you can make cylinders from Haribo Rotella black rubber caramel rolls. Place the hat on the snowman's head.
Step 6
The scarf is made from gummy candies. You can buy ready-made long gummies that simply twist around the snowmen's necks. The cake is ready.
Step 7
Move the snowman cake to a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar to simulate snow.
