To prepare the dish you will need:
300 g of beef, 1 glass of broth, 5 pickles, 3 tbsp. l. tomato paste, 1 onion, 4 potatoes, 2 heads of garlic, salt, pepper, herbs, vegetable oil.
Boil a small amount of meat in a saucepan until half cooked to obtain broth. Strain the resulting broth. Then cut the beef into small pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper and lightly fry in vegetable oil. Add the chopped meat from the broth there. Fry the onions and potatoes separately in a pan. Cut the pickled cucumbers into slices and grate the garlic. Fried meat is poured with broth, onions, potatoes, pickles, tomato paste and garlic are added. Cover the pan with a lid and stew for 15-17 minutes until cooked. The finished dish is served on the table, garnished with parsley or dill.
