Instructions
Step 1
Take a late white cabbage, remove all green and damaged leaves. Cut in half, remove the stalk. Chop the cabbage as if you were cutting it for sourdough. Dip the chopped vegetable into a pot of boiling water for 1.5-2 minutes. Pour everything through a colander, allowing the water to drain completely. Put the cabbage on a baking sheet and place it in the oven (in ventilation mode) at a temperature of 65-70 ° C. Stir the cabbage occasionally. The dried cabbage should be dark green with a yellow tint in the middle.
Step 2
Peel the cauliflower from the leaves, separate the white inflorescences from the head, large ones - cut into pieces, rinse everything. Next, you need to boil the cabbage for 3-4 minutes in boiling water, put it on a baking sheet, put in the oven (temperature 60 ° C).
Step 3
Savoy cabbage is dried with whole leaves or sliced into thin noodles. Blast it in boiling water for a few minutes before placing it in the oven.

Peel the kohlrabi of leaves and petioles. Remove the skin. Cut the cabbage into cubes, mugs or just thin strips. Boil for 5 minutes, adding a few drops of lemon juice to the water. Dry at 65 ° C.
