Potatoes are one of the most common vegetables. Dishes from it are tasty and satisfying, which allows you to diversify your diet and home table.
Cooking potatoes in a standard boiled or fried form is sometimes boring, and loved ones more and more often look at the usual dishes with displeasure. A few simple recipes will help to fix the situation and show the family that simple potatoes can turn into a real full-fledged dish.
Try potato cutlets. You will need potatoes, eggs, flour, milk, bread crumbs and oil for frying. Boil tubers, wipe and chill slightly. Combine with raw eggs and hand to form patties. Roll each of them in flour. Beat the egg with two tablespoons of milk and bathe the prepared cutlets in this liquid. The last stage of preparation is rolling in bread crumbs. Preheat a skillet and pour a few tablespoons of vegetable oil into it. Fry the cutlets until tender, turning them periodically.
From the same mixture that you prepared for cutlets, minced meat. Wrap the edges of the potatoes, roll the resulting zrazy in breadcrumbs or flour. Fry each in a skillet until tender.
Bake the potatoes. Take large tubers and wash thoroughly using a stiff brush. Cut each of them vertically so that there is a distance of half a centimeter between the cuts and they do not reach the base by about a centimeter. Chop the garlic, chop the thyme finely, mix with olive oil and a little wine vinegar. Put the potatoes on a baking sheet, pour the mixture generously on top and place in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees. Bake for at least an hour. During this time, the "petals" of the potato will open and absorb the flavor of the seasonings.
