Pomegranate is not only a tasty and healthy fruit containing a lot of vitamins and minerals, but also an excellent ingredient for various snacks. One of the dishes that contains this product is the Pomegranate Bracelet salad.

- beef - 500g;
- potatoes - 4 pcs;
- egg - 4 pcs;
- beets - 1 pc;
- pomegranate - 2 pcs;
- onions - 2 pcs;
- walnut - 100 g;
- garlic - 2-4 cloves;
- parsley;
- salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients for the salad. Boil eggs, potatoes and beets until tender. Then cool and peel them. Peel the onions, wash the parsley and carefully remove the grains from the pomegranate, preserving their integrity.
Step 2
Grate eggs, beets and potatoes on a coarse grater. Finely chop the onion and parsley. And grind the walnut with a food processor or by hand, crushing it in a mortar. All components must be put in separate containers.
Step 3
Boil the beef in lightly salted water until tender. Let it cool and then cut into small pieces.
Step 4
Make a salad dressing. Combine mayonnaise and minced garlic in a bowl. The amount of the last ingredient depends solely on your preference. Optionally, you can add a light garlic aroma (1-2 cloves) or a pronounced taste (4 cloves) to the salad.
Step 5
Shape the salad. Place an upside-down glass in the middle of a large, flat, round dish. Place a thin layer of potatoes around it and gently coat with the prepared dressing.
Step 6
Place half of the available meat on top of the potatoes, making sure to keep the bracelet's shape. Also coat this layer with dressing and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
Step 7
Combine eggs and parsley and form the next layer topped with mayonnaise. Then lay out the rest of the beef and brush with the dressing.
Step 8
Gently place the beets on the meat and grease with dressing again, only this time more abundantly. Then adjust the shape of the salad so that it resembles an even circle, and carefully remove the glass from the center of the salad. Using napkins, gently remove any spilled ingredients or mayonnaise drops from the plate.
Step 9
Spread the pomegranate seeds evenly over the lettuce so that there is no gap between them. If one fruit is not enough, take the second.
Step 10
Refrigerate the salad for a few hours to soak and taste better. Then serve.
