    • 4 cloves of garlic;
    • 150 g bacon fat;
    • ground pepper;
    • salt to taste;

    • potatoes 1-2 pcs.;
    • cherry tomatoes 8-10 pcs.;

Step 1

If you want to treat yourself and your loved ones with real homemade sausages, then it is better to start with their preparation. To do this, take the meat, cut into small pieces of 0.5-0.7 cm in size. Then salt the resulting meat, add chopped garlic, ground black pepper, a little sugar. In some recipes, starch is added (1-2 tablespoons per 10 kg of meat).

Then cut the bacon into small cubes 0.3-0.5 cm, add to the meat and mix everything thoroughly. To make the consistency soft enough, add a little water to the minced meat. This will make it easier to fill the shell with the meat mass.

After that, fill the shell with a well-mixed meat mixture, tie and hang for an hour to settle the mass. Before hanging, prick the sausages with a thin awl or needle so that air and excess water protrude out. After an hour, the sausages can be prepared according to the recipes you have chosen. If you have ready-made sausages, then proceed to frying according to the recipe.

Fried sausages.

Heat olive oil in a skillet. While it is heating, cut the leek into small pieces. After it's warmed up, add the sausages, cut into small pieces.

While the sausages are fried with the onions, chop the raw mushrooms. It is better if these are only mushroom caps, since the legs take a little longer to cook. Mushroom roasting time - 10 minutes.

While the mushrooms are fried, peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Add the potatoes to the skillet and continue frying, stirring occasionally. Potatoes will make the dish more satisfying.

Step 7

Then we add the vegetable component of the dish. Chopped tomatoes, chili peppers (be careful not to overdo it), and spices like basil, oregano, and minced garlic. Mix all the ingredients well and turn off the stove after five minutes. The dish of fried sausages is ready, bon appetit!
