- potatoes - 6 pcs.
- smoked sausages - 4 pcs.
- onions - 2 pcs.
- green pepper - 2 pcs.
- garlic - 1 head
- olive oil - 200 ml

Instructions
Step 1
Peel, chop, salt two eggplants and rinse with cold water after an hour. Peel the potatoes and cut into large cubes, put in cold water, drain the water after an hour, and rinse well to separate the starch.
Step 2
Chop onions, green peppers and cook in a pressure cooker with a little olive oil, add the whole head of garlic, 2-3 bay leaves and peeled chili. Cut the smoked sausages into slices, put them in the pressure cooker along with the potatoes, and add half of the water. Close the pot and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Remove the head of garlic and chili from the pressure cooker. Using a ladle, carefully drain off the fat broth on the surface, thereby degreasing the dish. Separate two cloves from the garlic, mash with a fork and send to the pan along with the eggplants, cook for another 5-7 minutes.
Step 4
