How to prepare our dish:

You need to take a double boiler, fill it with water, put the prepared fish in it and cook for about 15 minutes. Peel the garlic and cilantro roots and chop finely. Wash hot red pepper and chop finely.

Wash the lemons, blot with a napkin, cut into halves and squeeze the juice using a juicer, put chopped garlic, cilantro roots, hot pepper, granulated sugar and fish sauce in it, put in a blender glass and grind the mass for 5 minutes.
