Baked sea bass is a healthy, dietary dish. You don't need to spend a lot of time on cooking, just prepare the ingredients and put the fish in the oven, after which you can safely go for a walk. And then he came - and immediately to the table.

It is necessary

  • 1 kg of sea bass,
  • 6 potatoes,
  • 2 onions,
  • 3 tomatoes,
  • some salt
  • a little black pepper,
  • some dry seasonings,
  • 4 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 tbsp. tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 200 ml of water,
  • 100 ml of white wine.

Instructions

Step 1

My potatoes, peel, cut into circles. We transfer to a saucepan or a bowl of water, leave for five minutes so that the starch comes out.

Step 2

We clean the onions, cut into rings or half rings - to taste.

Step 3

Cut the tomatoes into rings of medium thickness.

Step 4

Coat the baking dish with olive oil.

Step 5

We put potatoes in the form. We put onion rings on the potatoes. Put tomatoes on the onion. Add a glass of water to the mold, pour a small amount of oil on top. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with dry spices.

We heat the oven to 180 degrees. We put the dish with potatoes and vegetables in the oven for 60 minutes.

Step 7

Wash the fish, clean it, remove the fins.

We make side cuts on the fish, salt to taste, sprinkle with lemon juice.

We take out the finished vegetables from the oven. We put the fish on the vegetables. Sprinkle with olive oil, add white wine, sprinkle with herbs if desired. We bake the fish and vegetables for another five minutes. After five minutes, put the grill on the oven and cook for another 15 minutes. If there is no grill, then bake as usual.
