If the compote prepared for the winter fermented, do not rush to get upset and pour it out. Supply homemade wine from it. It will definitely turn out to be soft in taste and very aromatic. And this is not a sin to put on the festive table.

It is necessary

  • - Fermented compote - 3 liters;
  • - Sugar - 0, 15 - 0, 3 kg;
  • - Raisins - several pieces.

Instructions

Step 1

First, you should prepare the container (it is best to take a five-liter bottle) - sterilize and dry. Pour compote into it, add all the sugar and raisins.

Step 2

On the neck of the glassware, put on a rubber glove, one of the fingers of which is pierced to evacuate gas with a regular needle. A water seal can be installed instead.

Step 3

Next, the container should be placed in a dark corner of a warm room for 2-3 weeks. Throughout this time, you need to carefully monitor the glove. As soon as it subsides (it will lie on the neck, and not stand inflated), the remainder must be removed from the drink. However, you can simply strain the liquid through cheesecloth.

Step 4

To make the wine stronger, it is worth pouring a little vodka into it. A glass will be enough. You can also add a little more sugar. But it should be remembered: the drink in this case will turn out to be harsher in taste.

Step 5

All that remains to be done now is to pour the wine into bottles, close with cork lids and put it in the cellar for infusion. After 2-3 months it can be taken out and served with any meat dishes. For example, duck baked in the oven with lemon, or French pork.
