You can buy pineapple juice at the supermarket or make your own. For the second option, you need a ripe pineapple fruit. The berry should be soft when pressed. Wash the pineapple thoroughly and let it dry. After that, carefully cut out the top with leaves, which can later be planted in a pot and grown like a houseplant. If you plan to extract juice from pineapple using a blender, it must first be peeled and cut into large cubes. In this case, you will get a lot of juice, but it will contain a large amount of pulp. If you have a juicer, you don't need to peel the skin. The juice obtained in this way will be more liquid, and all the pulp and rind will remain in the appropriate reservoir.

You can also make coconut liqueur yourself if you are unsure of the authenticity of the Malibu you bought at your local store. To make coconut liqueur, you will need 250 g of coconut flakes, 600 ml of white rum or vodka, 400 ml of coconut milk, one can of condensed milk. Coconut shavings must be poured with rum and left in a tightly closed glass jar for seven days in a dark place. After that, the chips should be squeezed out, and the liquid should be poured into a container with high walls. Coconut and condensed milk are also added here. After beating for 1-2 minutes, the contents are poured into a bottle and insisted for a week in the refrigerator.

White rum can be replaced with vodka if necessary. But in this case, you will already be preparing not "Pinacolada", but "Chi-chi".

Pour the ingredients into a shaker, put crushed ice there and shake well to combine all the flavors and aromas of the cocktail into a single whole. If you don't have a shaker, a regular glass jar with a tight-fitting lid can replace it.

After that, the cocktail is poured into a tall glass, decorated and served to guests. The decoration must be prepared in advance.
