There are two versions of the origin of charlotte, according to one of them it was invented by the chef, who served at the court of Alexander the First. It is necessary

  • - 300 ml of pineapple juice;
  • - 5 tbsp. tablespoons of flour;
  • - 100 g of sugar;
  • - three eggs;
  • - 200 g green apples;
  • - 20 ml of vegetable oil;
  • - baking powder.

Instructions

Step 1

In a bowl, beat three eggs with a mixer, gradually adding granulated sugar. Pour about two tablespoons of vegetable oil, 100 ml of pineapple juice, a pinch of baking powder here. Add five tablespoons of flour, stirring with a mixer. Stir until a mass of sour cream consistency is obtained.

Step 2

Take two apples, core and cut into thin slices. Take a baking dish, grease with vegetable oil and pour in the previously prepared dough. Dip the apples in flour and place on top of the dough. Send the charlotte to the oven, preheated to 180 °, for 25-30 minutes.

Step 3

To prepare the filling, you need to put a stewpan on a high heat, pour 200 ml of pineapple juice into it, add 100 grams of sugar, a pinch of vanilla sugar. Bring the filling to a boil and evaporate by half.

Step 4

Remove the charlotte from the oven, cut into portions and place on a plate. Pour on top of each of the pieces with the prepared filling, so that they are soaked.
