Instructions
Step 1
Chilean Dark Hot Chocolate
Pour a 1 liter carton of milk into a saucepan and put on medium heat, bring to a boil. Grind any dark chocolate on a grater and add it to milk. Stir the resulting chocolate mixture until a homogeneous consistency is formed. Pour into cups and garnish with whipped cream on top, sprinkle with red chili. The recipe is quite simple, and if you do not like spicy dishes, then do not sprinkle with red pepper, and then you will get classic hot chocolate.
Step 2
Plain white hot chocolate
Bring the milk to a boil and add the grated white chocolate. Stir until the chocolate is completely dissolved. Garnish with whipped cream when serving.
Step 3
Mint hot chocolate
Bring 1 liter of milk to a boil over medium heat, add chocolate, which must be grated in advance. Instead of dark chocolate, you can use mint chocolate, or add a few peppermint leaves to the milk and chocolate mixture. Pour into cups, add marshmallow cut into small cubes, decorate with fresh mint leaves and enjoy mint hot chocolate.
Step 4
Mexican hot chocolate
Bring the milk to a boil over medium heat, add the grated dark chocolate, stir until smooth, add half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon and a pinch of salt and vanilla sugar. We pour the magic drink into cups.
