Hot chocolate with spices

This recipe is a festive variation of the well-known hot chocolate.

You will need:

- 1 stick of cinnamon;

- 4 stars of anise;

- 1-2 grains of allspice;

- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom;

- 1/4 tsp red pepper;

- 1 tbsp. Sahara;

- 2 tbsp. cocoa powder;

- 2 tbsp. milk;

- half a vanilla pod;

- 125 g of dark chocolate.

Note that the amount of spice in this recipe is greater than the amount needed for two servings of cocoa. For 500 ml of milk, it is supposed to add 1/4 tsp. mixed spices.

Place the cinnamon, anise and pepper in a coffee grinder and grind them. In a small container, combine the cardamom and red pepper and add the other chopped ingredients to it. Mix everything.

Pour cocoa, sugar and 1/4 tsp into a separate container. cooked spice mixture. Pour milk and vanilla into a saucepan, add a mixture of cocoa, sugar and spices. While stirring, bring the milk to a boil, then add the chocolate. When completely dissolved, pour the hot chocolate into cups and serve warm.

You will need:

- 200 g of sugar;

- 2 tsp vanilla sugar;

- cinnamon stick;

- 50 g toasted almonds;

- 8 eggs;

- 100 ml of rum.

You can decorate the cocktail with chocolate chips or add puff pastry to it.

Pour milk into a saucepan, add plain and vanilla sugar, and a cinnamon stick. Heat the mixture over medium heat. When the sugar dissolves, cool the milk.

Beat the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks, beat the yolks with a mixer until they turn white. Remove the cinnamon stick from the milk, and pour the rest of the liquid over the eggs and beat together. Transfer the mixture to a saucepan again and heat over low heat for 5 minutes. Chill and add rum, stir well. Serve the cocktail for dessert. You can also serve gingerbread muffins or cookies with it.

New Year's cocktail with ice cream

You will need:

- 200 ml lemonade;

- a ball of sorbet (lemon, mango or other);

- a few grains of pomegranate;

- grenadine syrup.

Pour the lemonade into a tall glass. Place the sorbet ball on top so that it does not sink. Drizzle with a little grenadine and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds. Serve with a straw.
