The regimen and rate of food consumption while following a kefir diet depends on how much weight you want to lose. For a loss of 6-8 kilograms in 7 days, the daily rate is 200 grams of buckwheat and a glass of fat-free or 1% kefir.

Buckwheat should be poured with a fermented milk drink and left overnight. In the morning the porridge will be ready. It must be consumed during the day, it is recommended to drink the product with water, unsweetened herbal tea, vegetable juices. It is permissible to add nuts, dried fruits, herbs, soy sauce, turmeric to porridge in moderation.

It is important to perform non-intense physical activity every day for 1 hour: walking, swimming, therapeutic exercises, yoga, and so on.

The duration of the diet should not exceed 7 days. After 2 weeks of rest, it is possible to repeat it.
