New Year's salmon in puff pastry

Rinse the fish, pat dry, sprinkle with spices and drizzle with lemon juice. Chop the herbs, toss them with the lemon zest and soft butter, salt the mixture and stir well. Roll out the defrosted dough on a sheet of baking parchment and brush on one side of the cooked butter sauce. Place the salmon pieces in the center and wrap the corners of the dough with an envelope so that the structure does not fall apart. Turn the fish pie seam side down and place on a greased baking sheet. Cover the dough with beaten egg yolk and make a few small cuts to release the steam. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake for half an hour.

Walnut roll with pork and pear

Rinse the meat well, dry and place in a marinade of wine, salt and pepper for 2 hours. Then remove excess marinade and cut the meat into a book shape. Toast the walnuts in a dry skillet (10 minutes) and chop 2/3 of them in a blender. Add the egg to them and stir until smooth. Place the rest of the nuts, pear and cucumber cubes, salt and pepper in the mass and stir. Unroll the meat so it looks like an open book. First place the sliced ham on top of it, then the nut filling, and wrap the pork in a roll, securing the meat with culinary thread. Coat the surface of the roll with vegetable oil and place under plastic wrap for a quarter of an hour. The oil will be absorbed, remove the film and bake the dish in the oven for 60 minutes, heating it to 180 degrees. Before serving, you can pour the broth left over after cooking to make the meat more juicy.

Whole Egg Meat Bread

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Add chopped onions and herbs to the minced meat, salt and pepper to taste and knead the mass thoroughly like a dough. Place half of the minced meat on the foil and form a rectangle with five egg cavities. Place them there and cover with the remaining half of the minced meat on top so that you get the shape of a bread loaf. Place bay leaves on top and cover the meat with foil in several layers, pressing the edges tightly. Bake the meat loaf for 60 minutes.

Spicy pork with pineapple

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Drain the pineapple syrup and grate the cheese. Rinse the meat well and cut into even slices no more than 1 cm thick. It is better to beat off the pork pieces a little, then add salt and pepper to taste. In an oblong baking dish, greased with butter, begin to lay out the ingredients of the dish with an accordion, alternating between meat and pineapples. Place the pork in the oven for 40 minutes, remove and sprinkle with grated cheese, then send the meat back to cook until golden brown.

Pork roll with mushrooms

Chop the onion, mushrooms and fry them in a skillet with oil. Season with salt and pepper. Roll out the defrosted dough while the browning is cooling. Spread the mushroom filling in an even layer on the dough so that the meat on top is surrounded by a layer of mushrooms and wrap the roll tightly. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and place the roll seam side down on it. Brush the surface of the dough with whipped yolk and bake the meat for 60 minutes at 180 degrees.

New Year's lasagna

Fry the minced meat in one pan, adding salt, pepper and spices to taste. In another pan, put onions, cut into rings, chopped tomatoes, from which the skin was removed, bell peppers in strips and fry the vegetables until softened. Separately make a sauce for New Year's lasagna, melt butter in a pan, add flour there. Stir the mixture over low heat and add boiled milk to it. As soon as the mixture begins to boil, remove from heat. If lumps form, then they need to be rubbed so that the sauce is homogeneous. Put pita bread, a layer of minced meat, pita bread, vegetable fry and again pita bread in a greased form, repeating the layers one by one. Pour the sauce over the lasagne and sprinkle with a thick layer of cheese. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.

Baked beef with coffee crust

Stir the coffee with salt and pepper and dip the beef in it, after removing the excess liquid on its surface. Soak a thick cheesecloth in vinegar and wrap the meat on all sides with it. Place the beef in a bowl, close the lid and refrigerate for 4 hours. Fry the meat lightly in a skillet with butter. In a baking dish, make a pillow of onion rings and place the beef on top of it. Bake at 200 degrees for half an hour. Transfer the meat to a flat dish and cover with foil. Prepare the meat baked onion sauce by chopping it in a blender, add the meat juice left on the bottom of the baking dish and flour. Mix everything well and pour the sauce over the beef before serving.
