- - 1 tomato;
- - 1 clove of garlic;
- - 0.5 lemons;
- - butter;
- - salt
- ground black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Oven baked hake Prepare the fish. Peel it, gut it, rinse it under cold running water and cut into pieces about 2-3 cm thick. Finely chop the onion, rosemary, thyme and parsley. Green onions can be used together.
Step 2
Brush a baking dish with vegetable oil. Lay out the chopped hake. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste. Sprinkle with chopped herbs. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice onto the fish.
Step 3
Place the hake dish in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C. Bake the dish for about half an hour. Serve the baked fish with lemon wedges. For a side dish, offer vegetable stew, pasta.
Step 4
Hake baked in sour cream Peel the potatoes, rinse the tubers. Dip in hot water and cook for 10 minutes until half cooked. Then drain the water, cool the potatoes and cut into slices 1, 5-2 cm thick. Salt a little.
Step 5
Squeeze out the juice from half a lemon. Rinse the hake fillet and cut into small pieces. Season with salt and black pepper. Sprinkle the fish with lemon juice.
Step 6
Pass the garlic through a garlic press. Combine tomato paste, sour cream and garlic. Optionally, you can add 2 more tbsp. l. mayonnaise. Finely chop the onions. Scald the tomato with boiling water, remove the skin and cut into cubes. Add the tomato to the sour cream sauce. Stir.
Step 7
Lubricate the pan with butter. Put mugs of boiled potatoes at the bottom of the dish, sprinkle with chopped onions. Then spread out the pieces of hake. Cut a small piece of butter into cubes and place on top of the fish to make it more juicy. Using a spoon, spread the sour cream dressing. Cover the dish with a lid or foil.
Step 8
Preheat oven to 250 degrees C. Place fish in it. The dish will be ready 20-30 minutes after the sauce has boiled. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top, if desired.
