Breaded in flour and sautéed in vegetable oil is one of the traditional ways of preparing fish. Try to surprise your family with a new taste - cook hake fillets for dinner in an unusual breading or in batter. Serving it with mashed potatoes, you can turn an ordinary dinner into a festive one.
It is necessary

- 1 kg of hake;
- vegetable oil for frying;
- ground black pepper;
- salt.
- For batter:
- juice of 1 lemon;
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 1 tablespoon of vodka;
- 1 processed cheese;
- 3 eggs;
- 2 tablespoons flour.
- For breading:
- egg;
- flour;
- corn sticks.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the hake fillet and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut it into portions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Prepare the batter. To do this, beat 3 eggs lightly. Add to them 1 tablespoon of vodka, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Mix well. Add 2 tablespoons of flour and stir everything until the lumps disappear completely.
Step 3
On a fine grater, grate 1 processed cheese, add the shavings to the batter, stir. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Dip each piece of fish in batter and fry on both sides until golden brown. Medium heat should be on under the skillet.
Step 5
Put the fried hake slices on a plate and immediately pour over the lemon juice.

Prepare hake fillets for stir-fry in corn breading (wash, cut into slices).
Step 7
Pour flour onto a wide, flat plate. Beat the egg in a deep bowl.
Step 8
Grind the unsweetened cornflakes and place on the third plate.
Step 9
Dip the hake fillet pieces in flour, then dip in a beaten egg and breaded in cornflakes. Fry them on both sides over low heat.
Step 10
Place mashed potatoes and fish slices on a plate and serve. Sprinkle with chopped herbs if desired.
