Beef stew with mushrooms and vegetables

To cook beef in a multicooker according to this recipe, you need to take the following products:

- 300 g of boneless beef;

- ½ cans of canned mushrooms;

- 1 carrot;

- 1 onion;

- 2 cloves of garlic;

- 1 bay leaf;

- 1 tbsp. l. flour;

- 1 tbsp. l. tomato paste;

- 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;

- ground black pepper;

- spices to taste;

- salt.

First of all, prepare the beef for stewing. To do this, rinse the meat under running water, dry and cut into small pieces. Then put them in a plastic bag, add flour and shake.

Pour a tablespoon of vegetable oil into the removable bowl of a multicooker and add the pieces of beef. Set the "Baking" mode on the control panel, and set the time on the timer to 20 minutes and press the "Start" button.

Peel the onions, garlic and carrots. Cut the onion into thin rings, chop the garlic with a knife or pass through a press, and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Gently drain the liquid from the jar of canned mushrooms.

20 minutes after the start of cooking, add the prepared ingredients to the meat: onions, garlic, carrots and canned mushrooms. Pour tomato paste with half a glass of hot water, stir and pour into a bowl. Close the lid of the multicooker. Turn on the “Extinguishing” mode on the panel and set the time to 1 hour. Season with salt, pepper and bay leaves 10-15 minutes before cooking.

Roast with prunes

To cook this dish in a multicooker, you will need:

- 300 g of beef pulp;

- 2-3 medium-sized potatoes;

- 1 onion;

- 1 carrot;

- 1 tbsp. l. tomato paste;

- 40 g of prunes;

- 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;

- spices to taste;

- salt.

Rinse prunes under running water and pour boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Wash, dry and cut the boneless beef into medium-sized pieces. Peel and dice the onions, carrots and potatoes. Carrots, if desired, can be grated.

Pour vegetable oil into a removable bowl and lay all ingredients in layers. First place the beef, put onions on it, then carrots, potatoes and tomato paste. Cut the steamed prunes into small pieces and place on top. Then pour in one and a half glasses of cold water, salt and add spices to taste (a mixture of ground peppers, Provencal herbs, suneli hops, thyme, rosemary, ginger).

Close the lid of the multicooker hermetically. Set the "Extinguishing" program on the control panel, and set the time on the timer to 2 hours.
