Beef contains many minerals necessary for the vital activity of the body. These are iron, phosphorus, calcium, sodium, and various vitamins. The animal protein found in meat is easier to digest than plant protein and is essential for a balanced diet.
Beef stew with mushrooms and vegetables
To cook beef in a multicooker according to this recipe, you need to take the following products:
- 300 g of boneless beef;
- ½ cans of canned mushrooms;
- 1 carrot;
- 1 onion;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 1 bay leaf;
- 1 tbsp. l. flour;
- 1 tbsp. l. tomato paste;
- 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
- ground black pepper;
- spices to taste;
- salt.
First of all, prepare the beef for stewing. To do this, rinse the meat under running water, dry and cut into small pieces. Then put them in a plastic bag, add flour and shake.

Peel the onions, garlic and carrots. Cut the onion into thin rings, chop the garlic with a knife or pass through a press, and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Gently drain the liquid from the jar of canned mushrooms.

Pour tomato paste with half a glass of hot water, stir and pour into a bowl. Close the lid of the multicooker. Turn on the “Extinguishing” mode on the panel and set the time to 1 hour.
