Peel, rinse and chop the potatoes and carrots in random order.

Rinse the chicken fillet and chop finely.

Pour one liter of water into a saucepan, put meat and vegetables in it, salt and put on fire for 30-35 minutes. As soon as all the ingredients are cooked, drain the water and use a blender to grind the entire contents of the pan into puree.

Cut the melted cheese into cubes, hard cheese - grate on a coarse grater.

Pour milk into a saucepan with mashed potatoes and put it on low heat. As soon as the soup boils - add melted and hard cheese to it, remove the pan from heat. Cheese soup with chicken is ready.

You will need:

- 100 g of processed cheese;

- 100 g of fresh mushrooms;

- 3 potatoes;

- 1 carrot;

- 1 clove of garlic;

- salt.

Peel the potatoes and carrots, rinse, cut the potatoes into cubes, grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

Cut cheese into cubes, mushrooms - in no particular order. Chop the garlic.
