It is necessary

    • Onions - 3 pieces;
    • Flour - 3-4 tablespoons;
    • Potatoes - 4-5 pieces;
    • Celery root - 150 grams;
    • Olive oil - 5 tablespoons;
    • Processed cheese - 500 grams;
    • White bread - 6 - 7 slices;
    • Chopped dill - 2 tablespoons;
    • Water - 1.5 liters;
    • Dry white wine - 200 grams.

Instructions

Step 1

Thoroughly peel onions, potatoes and celery, wash and chop coarsely.

Step 2

Heat the olive oil in a skillet and fry the vegetables in it for 2-3 minutes.

Pour in the wine and continue cooking for about 3-4 minutes, then cover the vegetables with hot water. Bring to a boil, remove foam and reduce heat. Cook for 30-40 minutes.

Beat boiled vegetables with a mixer in mashed potatoes.
