It is necessary

  • - chicken broth 2 l
  • - chicken 1/4 part
  • - soft processed cheese 200 g
  • - 1- 2 medium onions
  • - 2 medium carrots
  • - 2-3 medium potatoes
  • - greens (to your taste)
  • - salt
  • - ground black pepper

Instructions

Step 1

We start the soup making process by boiling chicken broth. Remove the skin from the chicken (the broth will be enough) and send it to simmer, so the broth will be transparent and beautiful. If you are cooking store-bought chicken, place half an onion or 2-piece carrots in a saucepan. As physiologists say, vegetables will play the role of a sorbent and will take on everything bad that was in meat, including antibiotics. Salt, cook until tender. At the end of cooking, take out the meat, separate it from the bones and cut into small cubes. Strain the broth through a sieve, discard the vegetables.

Step 2

Now let's move on to the vegetables for the soup. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots on a medium grater, peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.

Step 3

First, we send chopped onions and grated carrots to a saucepan with broth, let them cook until soft. Then carefully lower the potato cubes, boil them until half cooked. Now load the chicken and spoon the cheese into the broth, stirring gently. Let it simmer over low heat until the potatoes are fully cooked, sprinkle with herbs. Cheese soup with chicken broth is ready. Serve with croutons.
