Twice a year, the shell of chicken eggs as a supplier of calcium should be taken by both children and adults in order to prevent diseases of the spine, osteoporosis and dental caries. Calcium is incredibly important for the health of the human body. It is a building material for teeth, bones and nails.

Eggshell consists of almost 90% calcium carbonate, while it is absorbed by almost 100%, due to the fact that it has already undergone the synthesis procedure in the chicken's body from organic calcium to inorganic.

The shell of a chicken egg contains not only calcium, which is quickly absorbed (to be more precise, by 93%), but also many other mineral elements necessary for a person: phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, silicon, sodium, sulfur, iron, aluminum, etc..d. In addition, there are fourteen more chemical elements in its shell. The eggshell protein contains amino acids important for the body: cystine, methionine, isoleucine, lysine. Egg shells, when well prepared for medicinal purposes, are more balanced than simple calcium supplements, most of which usually contain vitamin D3.

For calcium to be well retained in bones, accompanying minerals are needed - zinc, magnesium, copper, manganese, boron. The method of using eggshells is quite simple. You need to take chicken eggs, preferably fresh (yellow or white, it doesn't matter), wash them with soap and warm water, rinse and put in salted boiling water for five minutes. You do not need to boil the eggs, as the shell will become less active in this case. After the performed procedures, place the dishes with the egg under cold running water to cool it down. Then you should very carefully remove the shell. Notice the thin shell that remains on the shell after you peel the eggs. It also needs to be removed. White and yolk can be used in the preparation of any dishes, and the shell must be ground into powder.

Traditional healers do not advise using a coffee grinder to grind the shell, as some of the healing properties of the shell are lost. Before using the shell, you need to add a few drops of lemon juice to the powder. The daily dosage of crushed shells is half a teaspoon along with low-fat cottage cheese. It is advisable to take in the morning for about three weeks - it all depends on the condition of the person. Two such courses should be taken per year: in early spring and late autumn. Shredded shells are best stored in a dry glass jar or paper bag.
